Introduction: The respiratory disease caused by the new Coronavirus (COVID-19) has high transmissibility and potential lethality for the population, especially in patients with comorbidities. Since the COVID-19 pandemic was declared by the World Health Organization (WHO), 169,597,415 cases and 3,530,582 deaths have been registered worldwide. Studies reveal the comorbidities most associated with COVID-19 are Diabetes Mellitus (DM), Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and Cardiovascular Diseases, which are considered Chronic Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs). Objective: To describe the prognosis of adult patients diagnosed with diabetes, heart disease and/or chronic respiratory diseases who were diagnosed and hospitalized due to COVID-19. Method: Integrative Literature Review, carried out in the electronic databases of the Regional Portal BVS, PubMed and EBSCOhost. For data collection, 15 combinations of descriptors available in the platform Descriptors in Health Sciences (DeCS) were performed, including the complete articles freely available from national and international sources, published from January 2020 to March 21, 2021, in Portuguese and English. Results: Twenty-six articles were included in the final international-based sample, and it was not possible to select national articles, as there were no publications in Brazil that answered the guiding question of the current review. Outcomes related to prognosis were divided into four categories: demographic factors of age and gender; main clinical signs and symptoms on hospital admission; clinical evolution during hospital stay and influence of comorbidities on prognosis. Conclusion: It is understood COVID-19 changed the health
